Origino is where the whole house begins. Vanina Muracciole built a cocktail of musks as a perfumer's base, François Hénin smelled it, and Jeroboam existed. The finished fragrance is deliberately minimal: bergamot and pink pepper open bright, juniper and nutmeg give the heart a cool, fresh-cut green sharpness, and white musk with sandalwood carries everything after. There is a faint dark-tea nuance running underneath that rewards attention. Understated to the point of being a skin scent, and the bottle to own if you want to understand what this house is actually about. A 100ml extrait de parfum, at Seinde Signature.
