Nut arched over the world and held up the sky; the Egyptians painted her body across tomb ceilings, studded with stars. Her fragrance is appropriately weightless at first - aldehydes, musk, violet leaf, pear and olibanum lifting the opening into cold, clean air - before osmanthus and tarragon bring an apricot-and-leather warmth to the heart. Amyris, orris root, ambergris and vanilla settle at the base, powdery and quietly resinous. Oriental-woody, but airy with it, and one of the more wearable pieces in the collection for daytime.
