Anubis presided over embalming and weighed the heart against a feather. His fragrance is dry, green and severe - there is no sweetness anywhere in it. Juniper berries, lemon verbena, bergamot, nutmeg and aldehydes open crisp and almost medicinal, before cypress, coriander and sage build a cool aromatic heart that reads like resin and freshly cut wood. Woody notes, ambergris and cashmeran settle underneath, soft but never warm. Woody-aromatic, restrained, and the most masculine-leaning composition in the Divine Collection.
